iPod Computer Speakers: iHome iHM7BC Sound Beyond Size!

Sound Beyond Size! The iHM77 is the perfect stereo speaker system for your iPod, iPhone, Macbook or any Laptop and MP3 player.
I am on the road a lot and always take my iPod, iPhone and iPod computer speakers a with me to listen to my music. I have tried several brands and never been totally happy with the sound quality. Recently I tried out the iHM7BC portable multimedia speaker by iHome. I have a iHome clock radio audio system for my iPod and have gone through a couple of brands till I found this one. Naturally I should have started with the iHome line in terms of portable audio but opted for a mini speaker system from Sony instead. I have never been happy with the Sony and am glad I discovered the iHome iHM7BC.

The iHM7BC portable multimedia speaker is the perfect speaker for you iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPod, MacBook, or MP3 player. The iHM7BC delivers surprising big sound from such a small size ( 2″ W x 2″ H x 2″ D ) and low price point, only $19.99. Features include a vacuum bass design for surprising volume and bass response, long lasting built-in li-ion rechargeable battery, USB charging, and protective carrying case.

Pros: Compact, fits in the palm of your hand for ultimate portability. Rubberized paint for amazing look, soft feel, scratch resistant. Supplied cable for charging speaker and audio output. Plays all iPod models and other MP3 devices with a 3.5 mm ( 1/8″ ) audio jack. iHome also carries a stereo set, iHM77BC, which attach magnetically to one another to form a encapsulated shape. Both versions deliver great sound for the size!

Cons: The iHM7BC only charges with a USB port, no AC adapter included. Would have to purchase this separately at Radio Shack or Amazon. Distortion at the highest volume does occur, however if you step back a few feet it is much less noticeable and becomes more clear. Turning it down slightly helps too!
